Thank you for your interest in Prime Information Network. If you've made it this far, you're probably interested in starting your own virtual call center. We've put together a simple roadmap to assist you with the set up and launch of your new business.
Call Centers can be opened up in Canada, US and UK.
While you are able to set up your call center in the US, keep in mind that there are some restricted states at this time. These restricted states currently include:
The sky is the limit when it comes to getting agents interested in your virtual call center. Creating your website and creating funnels are important to establish so that you can help your perspective agent navigate to your business.
Using social media platforms is the biggest and most cost-effective way to market to your perspective agents. Keep in mind, you have the option to market other ways as well, such as hosting events in your community, flyers, etc. Its 100% up to you.
When it comes to getting paid, you have options!
Option #1 Establish a flat fee
A flat fee can be charged per pay cycle (bi-weekly) to your agents. This fee can range anywhere from $15 up to $60. Remember, the higher your fee, the more agents may reconsider, so keep that in mind.
If you charge $40 per pay cycle, that will bring you $80 per agent a month. Now, if you have 100 agents servicing, you will bring in $8,000 a month. If you have 500 agents servicing, you will bring in 40,000 a month. You see how this can add up quickly.
Option #2 Per Hour Fee
If a client is paying $15.00 per hour for the agent to work, you can pay them only $13
per hour. If that agent works 80 hours for the pay cycle, your payout will be $160. This is
a great common way to get paid. (Tip: The platform does not mention the pay rates to the agents so no worries.)
Option #3 Percentage Fee
Some IBO’s charge a percentage of each paycheck from the agents. This can range from 7% up to 15%. Please keep in mind, the higher the percentage, the more agents may be concerned. Let’s say an agent's paycheck is $900. You charge the agent 12% of $900 which is $108. With this option, it can fluctuate because it is based on how much their paycheck is for the pay cycle.
Your agents are paid after Arise pays you!
You will need to use a payroll service that works best for you. Novo digital bank and square are great platforms but there are several others that may work best for your business needs. Square is a great option, especially for IBOs just starting out, as it sends the agents a link for them to input their own information as well as send the 1099 form to your agents for tax purposes. Other platforms include ADP, Sure Payroll, QuickBooks and many others.
You have the option to create a pay schedule weekly, biweekly or even monthly. As a standard, IBOs typically chose to pay their agents biweekly as Arise will distribute agents pay to you on a biweekly schedule as well.
